L's 60 days?
So I just recently borrowed a set of Tony Horton exercise DVDs from Liv, called Power 90. I thought I didn't need videos to motivate me to exercise, but I might as well, since I haven't exercised as consistently as I should. My plan is to work out with one video per day for the next few weeks as a start. Once I get into the habit of doing those exercises, I may or may not continue with the videos. We'll see what happens. But from tonight to the first week of March, I will do one video a day three days at a time since there are three videos. I've seen infomercials of the Tony Horton P90X but I've never made the effort to save up and buy those videos. Way too expensive for me right now. So when I saw that Liv had Tony Horton's Power 90, I had to take advantage of it. I better develop the discipline and the habit to do this. I need to get fit!

dude...you have to tell me how you like it. i myself have been intrigued by that P90X!
Oh my word! Let's just say the first three weeks I did it, I was only able to do it three times! The first week I couldn't even do half of the cardio DVD without dying and I thought I was in shape! I know I haven't exercised well for a few months till then, but didn't realize how badly I needed it. It took a week to recover all three weeks. By the third week, I was still only able to do 2/3 of the cardio DVD and only half of the resistance exer DVD. Ever since Ariana was born, haven't exercised AT ALL! The abs DVD was only a problem the first two weeks, but by the third I was able to get through it with only a little exhaustion and only rested before doing the last set. Have to get back into it again. Liv definitely made a good investment. I'm actually undecided between the P90X and the 10 min workout, both by Tony Horton. He does some excellent marketing. Most likely I would hurt worse for P90X since it's supposedly harder.
