L is amazed at himself

Wow, these past two weeks, I've cut back on my caloric intake drastically. For the most part, it's the bad stuff like extra sugary or salty foods. I've also trimmed down my portions. Even though I weigh the same, I feel much better about myself. What I don't like is that I have a tough time making the effort to exercise more often. It's so annoying - when I exercise a lot, I eat more, and now that I eat less I don't find the time to exercise.

I better find the balance soon. I'm still serious about getting back to fighting trim, how I used to be like when I trained in BJJ back in 2001.

well, i got you there! i have increased my portion sizes AND my junk food meals, so now i'm squeezing into my clothes again! ha!
Seriously, i'm with you...i need to get back into it, but we've gotten lazy with our schedules and our budget's tighter now than ever. i would love my probiotics, fish oil, and whey protein shakes.
