Richelle: Started the Meds...Exercising More...Increasing the Intensity

January 12 - January 18

Food - I broke away from my Isagenix for 3 days. But I will get back on it starting tomorrow. I did choose healthy food and picking healthy food in restaurants when I do go. I haven't been eating too much sweet but I indulge myself a little bit to some Strawberry Cheesecake and light chocolate snacks.

I want to slowly move away from sweets.

I had one meal of rice.

This coming week I want to challenge myself of not eating and rice and sweets. I want to stick with the Isagenix program.

Exercise - I walked a lot this week as well as exercise. I'm trying to increase the intensity so I can lose more of the weight. I think my body got used to the workout, so time to change it up.

Monday (12) - Workout 1 hr - 462 Calories
Wednesday (14) - Walked around the City 2 hours
Friday (16) - Workout 45 minutes 300 Calories
Sunday (18) - Workout 1hr and 30 minutes 920 Calories; 3,400 distance

My other challenge is to get off the meds.
