First Week and About the God's Blessing and Good Health

God's Blessing = Good Health

Okay, so anyway, forgot to tell you in the other blog, that I went to one of the community reachout in school. We visited Nursing Homes and one woman told me that "Health" is a blessing from God. We should take care of it.

Then this DVD show I saw last night said that "We can have a number of cars in a lifetime and we can have a number of houses in a lifetime but we can only have one body."

Pretty interesting huh!

Anyway, my first week....in a Summary


January 5 - January 11

This past week I didn't eat rice nor drank any coffee.
I plan to keep that up even when school starts. (Hopefully, I believe rice really gives a lot of carbo in my body).

I lost 7 lbs this week. I plan to lose 7 more before February 5, 2009.

Workout:
Tuesday - 45 minutes/407 calories (GYM)
Wednesday - 1 hr / 336 calories
Thursday - 1 hr and 40 min / 721 calories
Friday - 45 minutes /~300

Wow, seven pounds, keep it up! Obviously it'll plateau every now and again, but that's great!

good for you! and i like the comment about the only having one body...that's what i feel too!
