Every 60 days

That's a good goal setting practice from Richelle. Every 60 days I'll set a new goal as well. Doesn't have to be huge, just a new health and fitness challenge that I'll overcome and soon make a lifestyle. I restarted my exercise routine a couple of weeks ago. I've reached a little goal that I've never accomplished: I was able to do 12 pull-ups within 5 minutes. Normally, it takes much longer than that. Soon I'll be able to do at least 10 in a row. I've been doing 3 pull-ups at a time for each hand position: pronated, supinated, and lateral. Now it's four. A tough four, but it's four. Soon, I'll work on more goals from my previous exercise plan.

The eating is ok. I generally eat healthy these days, (for the past couple of years, really) but occasionally indulge in something my wife calls "bad" for a few days in a row.

I'm tempted to go to a 24/7 gym a mile away from my house. It just opened and I have a coupon to enroll for free. Grr, I don't know if I want to spend $40/mo. I have yet to check the place out. If there is room, I will attempt to offer my services as a self-defense or kickboxing instructor. Maybe we can have some mutual deal if they accept my offer.

You better go and Im going to be the ANNOYING person to tell you that because I know how it is like losing $40 to a gym I hardly went to. Ugh.

Now I pay $10 to another gym called Planet Fitness.
