October - Starting Over

I admit, I was bad the past 60 days. But I want to be committed this time around with this 60 day challenge. My goals have changed.

60 Day Challenge Goals:

Weight: Lose 10 or more by the end of 60 day.

Elliptical: 3.25 miles in 35 minutes
Treadmill: 1.50 miles in 25 minutes
Total of Elliptical and Treadmill = 4.75 miles in 1 hour

Food to give up:
1. Rice

So, are you planning on being more vigilant over what you do and eat for this third go around? I know I'll be. The toughest part is blending it with my schedule, especially when it changes. Exercising is not the problem. Sometimes it is, like after work I go straight to the next activity and then when I finally get home, I'm so stinking tired! At least my new job will be second shift so I'm hoping to get some early workouts in (and maybe have early workouts be my habit instead of leaving it to the last minute of the day?). I hope we both develop good habits by the end of these next 60 and maybe even reach all of our goals.
