L's Week 9 (or Week 1?)

Three times a friggin' charm. Well, this was a little hiccup of a week with Em getting sick. Still gotta figure out how to prioritize exercise when my schedule shifts. Hope I'll have it figured out for this coming week because the week after that I'll start my new TV job! It's part-time, but I'll have my foot in the door!

9/29 Monday
Eats
1100 - 2 bowls cereal
1400 - peanut butter and jelly sandwich
- 1 banana w/ peanut butter
1800 - 1 bowl Ramen w/ shredded beef, mushrooms, onions, garlic
- 1 handful tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup salsa
2200 - 3 cheese slices
- 1 cup crackers
- 2 cups tea

Exer
2100 - 45 min walking, cardio, martial movement
- 10 min abs
- 30 squats
- 15 pullups

9/30 Tuesday
Eats
1100 - leftover Ramen w/ the works
- 1 bowl cereal
- 3 cups coffee
1500 - 1 banana
2300 - 2 slices cheese
- 1/2 cup crackers
- pb & j sandwich

Exer
1800 - 30 min light cardio
2200 - 20 min martial movement w/ 10 lb weights
- 10 min abs

10/4 Saturday
Eats
1200 - 1 bowl cereal
1400 - 1 bowl chicken soup
1700 - 1 bacon cheeseburger
- 2 cups fries
2200 - 1 tomato sandwich w/ cheese
- 1 cup tortilla chips w/ 1/2 cup salsa

Exer
Throughout the day - 30 minutes combined walking
- 20 minutes combined light martial movement
