L's Week 8
It seems I can keep up with the exercise as long as I keep writing it down. I didn't have to send it out after each exercise day after all. I'm looking forward to when I finally have the habit of exercising almost everyday without making it such a big deal. Same thing with eating: I look forward to when I can eat what I need and nothing more and not be so anxious to eat more just because I can or just because I feel like I'll wreck my body if I don't eat. I'll see if I can do that several meals a day approach down the road as well.
9/22 Monday
Eats
1000 - 1 bowl cereal
- 2 eggs w/ shredded steak, mushrooms, onions
- 2 glasses orange juice
1400 - 1 bowl Ramen w/ shredded steak, etc
1900 - 1 cup pasta shells
- 1 slice bread
- 1 bagel w/ butter
- 4 slices steak
Exer
1800 - 30 push-ups
- 30 squats
- 20 pull-ups
- 20 min martial movement
2200 - 1 mi interval sprint
9/25 Thursday
Eats
0900 - 1 bowl cereal
- 2 cups coffee
- 2 fun-size Snickers
1300 - 1 bowl Ramen
- 2 8 oz bottles Green tea
1600 - 1 cup coffee
1800 - 2 cups steak and barley w/ vegetable soup
2000 - 3 marshmallow cookies

- 30 squats
- 10 min martial movement
9/26 Friday

0900 - 2 cups coffee
- 1 granola bar
1330 - General Tso's chicken w/ rice and egg drop soup
2030 - left over General Tso's chicken w/ rice
- 2 slices pizza

2200 - 30 min cardio w/ 10 lb weights each hand
9/27 Saturday

1100 - 1 bowl cereal
1400 - 2 cups turkey chili
- 2 cups brown rice
- 1 cup tortilla chips
1900 - 1/2 asiago roast beef sandwich
- 4 inch bread
- 12 oz frozen mocha
2100 - 1 soy ice cream sandwich

2300 - 1 hour cardio and martial movement
9/28 Sunday

1030 - 1/2 cup milk
- 3 slices sponge cake
1300 - 2 bowls barley vegetable and beef soup
- handful specialty crackers
1500 - 1 soy ice cream sandwich
2000 - 1 cup turkey chili
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup fake cheese

1900 - 20 pull-ups
2230 - 30 min cardio and martial movement
Couldn't run as much as I wanted because it rained most of the week. I hope to get more running in this coming week, though. My eating was a little better this week. Not as grand, but at least it's under control unlike the previous few weeks.
