L's Week 2

10/6 Monday I did about 10 min ab work, but I didn't write down what I ate.

10/8 Wednesday
Eats
1200 - 2 bowls Total
1400 - 1/2 cup macaroni and cheese
- 2 cups coffee w/ creamer
- 1 piece of chocolate
- 1/4 cup spicy nuts
1700 - 1 big plate spinach salad
- 2 tuna sandwiches
- 1/4 cup spicy nuts
2000 - 8 fried onion rings
- 1 strawberry shake
- 2 cups coffee
- 5 fries

Exer
1500 - 30 min combined light walk, cardio, m/m
1600 - 10 min abs


10/7 Thursday
Eats
1230 - 1 bowl Total
- 2 cups coffee w/ creamer
1600 -
1900 - 3 Tacos with the works
2200 - 1 bowl chili

Exer
1400 - 10 min abs
20 min walk

10/11 Saturday
Eats
1200 - 1 bowl Total
- 2 cups coffee
1500 - 1 cup chicken and 1/2 cup couscous
2200 - 1 cup squash w/ spicy beef and 1 cup pilaf

Exer
2300 - 15 min abs

10/12 Sunday
Eats
1100 - 5 donut holes
- 1 cup decaf
1230 - 1 bowl Total
- 2 cups apple cider
1400 - 1 1/2 cup rice pilaf w/ garlic
- 1 cup chicken
- 2 cups coffee w/ cream
2000 - 2 cups lentil pilaf
- 2 cups stir-fry w/ works
- 2 cups apple cider
2200 - soy-milk ice-cream sandwich

Exer
1800 - 20 min walk
2300 - 100 squats
- 10 push-ups
- 10 pull-ups
- 20 dips
