9/15 Monday
Eats:
0900 - 2 cups coffee
1300 - 1 bowl Ramen
- 1/4 cup spicy nuts
- 1 Fun size Snickers
1800 - 1 bowl Kashi
2130 - 2 cups cheese and veggie pasta
Exer:
2230 - 2 mile interval run
- 20 push-ups
- 10 min abs
- 10 pull-ups
9/18 Thursday
Eats:
0900 - 1 banana
- 1 Snickers fun size
1300 - footlong tuna sandwich
- 1/4 cup spicy nuts
- 3 cups coffee
1900 - 2 bowls pasta shells with bean mix
- 2 glasses apple juice
2300 - 1 bowl ice cream
Exer:
1100 - 45 min walking
2200 - 30 push-ups
- 30 squats
- 20 pull-ups
- 10 min abs
- 10 back dips
- 15 min light martial movement
9/19 Friday
Eats:
0900 - 1 egg
- 2 cups coffee
1230 - 1 bowl chicken noodle soup
- 1 cup coffee
- 1/4 cup spicy nuts
1630 - 2 Snickers fun size
2200 - 1 bowl Ramen with onions, spinach, mushrooms
Exer:
1900 - 20 min martial arts during hour long class
2200 - 20 pull-ups
- 20 push-ups
9/20 Saturday
Eats:
1100 - 1 bowl probiotic cereal
1300 - 2 cups coffee
1400 - 1 bowl barley soup
1800 - 1 cup steak
- 1 bowl salad
- 1 bowl barley soup
- 1 slice pumpkin pie
1900 - 2 smores
2300 - 1/2 cup pasta shells with bean mix
- 1 glass orange juice
Exer:
1500 - 20 push-ups
- 20 pull-ups
- 5 min abs
- 10 min martial movement with 10 lb weights each hand
A little better this week. I hope I do even more next week.
