9/12 Friday

0900 - 2 cups coffee
1300 - 1 bowl Ramen
- 1/4 cup spicy mixed nuts
- 1 cup coffee
1800 - 1 big bowl Ramen
- 16 oz fruit shake
Exer:
1500 - 20 min walk
9/13 Saturday
Eats:
1300 - 1 hamburger patty
- 2 hotdogs
- 1 sausage
- 2 rolls
- 2 cups potato salad
- 2 cups beans
- 3 handfuls chips
- 2 handfuls vegetables
- 3 spoons of dip
- 4 cups coffee
- 3 cups fruit
2100 - 2 bowls Kashi
Exer:
1500 - 30 min walk
2300 - 15 min martial movement
9/14 Sunday
Eats:
1000 - 2 donuts
1300 - 2 pieces fried chicken
- 2 cups potato salad
- 1 deviled egg
- 2 cups pork n beans
- 1 roll
- 3 sausages
- 1 cup rice and meat mix
- 5 cups iced tea
2000 - 1 bowl Kashi
Exer:
2200 - 15 min martial movement
- 12 pullups
Whoa, another lousy week. As I said though, I'll write the report sooner than the end of the week and most likely more than one report for the week.
