9/4 Thursday

1500 - 1 flatbread sandwich - turkey, bacon and cheese
- 16 oz coffee coolata
1930 - 1 tomato sandwich w/ mayo
2200 - 2 tomato sandwiches w/ mayo
- 1 bowl cream of broccoli soup
- 1 cup chips
- 1 hotdog

1300 - 30 min walking
2135 - 15 min martial movement

9/5 Friday

1245 - 1 tomato sandwich
- 1 ramen soup
1530 - 2 cups coffee
2030 - 2 tomato sandwiches
- 1 bowl Total

2100 - 15 min martial movement
- 5 min abs

9/6 Saturday

1300 - 1 bowl Total
- 1 Tomato sandwich
- 1 hotdog

1930 - 2 cups beef stirfry
- 1 1/2 cups white rice
- 1 cup cannellini beans

2000 - 15 min martial movement

9/7 Sunday
Eats
1100 - 3 cups iced coffee
- 4 donut holes
1400 - 1 cup leftover stirfry
- 1 cup cannellini beans
- 1 hotdog
1900 - 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 cup rice
- 3 pieces fried chicken (leg, wing, thigh)
2100 - 1 tomato sandwich

2230 - 45 min interval running (~4 miles)


Ugh, this past week sucked rotten goose eggs as badly as last week. I wanted intensity and barely did anything. Anyway, once again, gotta get going with this. Could also be because this past week I started my internship and also youth group and martial arts started again for the year that my schedule got all messed up. Hopefully I'll be better this coming week.
