8/25 Monday

0900 - 2 cups coffee
1230 - 1 cheeseburger w/ works
- 1 handful chips
1930 - 1 cup chili w/ 1 cup rice

1830 - 2.5 mile interval run
2245 - 30 push-ups
- 16 pull-ups
- 30 squats
- 10 min abs

8/28 Thursday
Eats
1000 - 1 cup coffee
1245 - 1 cup General Tso's chicken
- 1 cup pork friend rice
1900 - 2 cups meat and potatoes
- 2 cups rice

Exer
2200 - 2 mi interval run
- 14 pull-ups
- 10 min abs

8/30 Saturday
Eats
1500 - 1 cheeseburger
- 2 hotdogs
- 2 handfuls sunchips
- 1 B shot energy drink
1900 - 1 B shot energy drink

Exer
At least 4 hours worth of walking throughout the day
1300 - 2 min bungee reach game

8/31 Sunday
Eats
1100 - 1 turkey sandwich
- 1 handful chips
1700 - 1 reuben
- 16 oz frozen mocha

Exer
1900 - 25 min walk

A little better but I'm looking forward to higher intensity and longer duration for next week's exer. Oh, and less junk going in.
