Liv's Week 4 and Week 5
I have been bad with food---still cannot stop at just eating one serving at a time--have to train myself to really stop.
Don't feel bad Che. I was persuaded to eat a big thing of calamari over the weekend--it was sooooo good yet sooo baaad.
But here is week 4 and week 5:
Week 4: 4 hours of workout--ok with food and labor day was easy for us.
Week 5: 2 1/2 hours of workout--not so good with food--overate every single day.
I have changed my workout to be an hour three times a week. Just change the intensity and mix it up a bit. I incorporate cardio, sculpting, weights in the hour. I used to do just walking/fast walking to running but decided that one hour is just waay to long and boring for that so I decided to mix things up. Plus Lance makes me go to the gym since he's paying for it--lol! He swims for an hour and I do my own thing for an hour.
We are on the sixth week, right?
I dont think I will accomplish my goal of losing 8 lbs by end of 60 days but I did establish a routine of working out. I am extremely conscious of what I eat now. I just have to stick to the workout and control my eating a bit more. Our gym measures us every three months. We got measured Aug 19th, so I will know on Nov 19th whether or not I have any changes to my weight and size. They measure our bmi, weight, and measure inches from head to toe.
I was told to bring down the bmi and at least 4 inches off my waist. Weight should ideally be 125. (which means I have to lose 25 lbs!)
