6pm - DINNER

2 pieces of chicken with Brown/White Rice

8pm - SNACK

1 Vanilla yogurt

10pm - 10:30 - WORKOUT

Elliptical - 30 minutes - 260 Calories

August 23, 2008 - Saturday

6:30am - 6:15am - WORKOUT

Stretch
Bicycle Abworkout - 2 sets of 15 each left (total of 60)

7am - Isagenix Shake

9am - Tropicana - Banana, Strawberry and Orange Juice - 1pint

1pm - LUNCH

Juniors Restaurant
Something Different - 4oz of roast beef with Pancake like (fried 2 pieces)
Dessert: Strawberry Cake but small slice (ate one huge strawberry)

2pm - 3:15pm WORKOUT - Walking

5:30pm - DINNER

Rice 5 tablespoon with 3 oz of red meat (Filipino)
10 egg cookies

11:50am - 12:50pm - WORKOUT

Treadmill: 25 minutes = 1.34 miles/ 115 cal.

1:30pm - LUNCH

5:30 - 6:10pm WORKOUT - Walked 25 blocks
