8/19 Tuesday

1300 - tomato and cheese sandwich
- 1 cup chips
- 3 cups coffee w/ cream
1600 - pb&j sandwich
1900 - 1 1/2 cups meatballs

2200 - 30 min walk w/ 20 lbs
- 10 pull-ups
8/21 Thursday
Eats
1230 - 1 1/2 cups lasagna
- 1 1/2 cups meatballs
1800 - 2 cups chili w/ tomato and onions
- 2 handfuls tortilla chips
- 1 fajita wrap
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
Exer
1700 - abs - leg raises, seated and hanging
- 18 pull-ups
- 50 push-ups
2230 - 2 sprints, 16.3 & 16.9
- 30 squats
- 60 kicks (30 each leg)
8/23 Saturday
Eats
1200 - 2 cups chili
- 1 cup lasagna
- 1 handful tortilla chips
- 2 cups coffee w/ milk
1800 - 8 oz steak
- 1 cup mashed potatoes w/ gravy
- 4 cups coffee w/ milk
2330 - 1 cup ice cream
Exer
2200 - 1 hr walk w/ 20 lbs (3 mi walk + 1 mile int. run)
- 10 min abs
- 14 pull-ups
Darn, once again did only three days. Hey, better than two and way better than none, which was about what I did for over half a year.
