8/15 Friday

0800 - 1 bowl Just Bunches w/ soy
1600 - 2 cups meatballs
2 cups Lays chips
2000 - 2 cups chicken
1 cup mashed potato
2 handfuls tortilla chips
1/2 cup salsa
2345 - 2 cups ice cream
Exer - the 15 day test
2230 - 2 mi run (17:01!!!)
1/2 mi walk
100 yd uphill sprint
25 squats
25 push-ups
25 punches w/ 10 lbs
10 pull-ups
10 min abs
And I was somewhat tired in the end. Not exhausted, so that's a plus.
My bad, I only did three days. And the second reported day was lousy. I didn't count Tuesday the day I taught martial arts (which I did for an hour and a half) because the only moving muscle was my mouth. Well, I was a little active, a few kicks here, a couple of punches there, so I burned a few calories. Seriously, I'll get moving this week.
