L's Week 1

Overate during my birthday party, but I won't report it since it's not one of my exercise days! Harhar! I'll make up for it of course. But the cool thing is I can wear small shirts with no shame now. It's not so tight anymore! My gut doesn't stretch the shirt like it used to! And it's only tight in the right areas - my shoulders and chest. I may have had a headstart on this program, but I know I still have a ways to go.

8/1
Eats
8 am - 1 cup coffee
1030 - 2 bowls Total w/ soymilk
1 pm - 1 tomato sandwich with mayo
5 - 2 cups coffee w/ cream
- 2 cups fajita chicken with rice

Exer - 11pm
2 mile run
1/2 mile walk

8/3
Eats
1 pm - 1 bowl Total
(at a party)
3 pm - 5 cups chips + 5 spoons onion dip
4 cups coffee
3 pieces chicken with pesto
2 hot dogs minus bun
1 cheeseburger with the works
1 thin slice of cake

Exer - 11 pm
2 mile run
1 mile walk

8/4
Eats
9 am - 1 cup coffee
1 pm - 2 bowls Total
6 - 1 cup chicken with rice fajita
12 am - 4 spoons ice cream

Exer - 1030 pm
1 mi walk with 5 lb weights
12 pull-ups

8/6
Eats
730 am - 1 bowl Total
9 - 1 cup coffee
430 pm - 2 pieces catfish
2 cups ham and pineapple
1 tomato sandwich
2 cups Jalapeno chips

Exer
10 min abs
10 pull-ups
2 mile run
1/2 mile walk

LoL..yuh I didnt put that your birthday as one of my days and didn't work out that day either BWAHAHAHAH!

The tough part is getting back into it after not exercising for four days. I did a few things Thursday and Friday but nothing noteworthy. I thought about doing something yesterday, but I just didn't. Time to go hardcore this week!
