Liza--Week 3 August 18-August 23

This was a very tiring week for me because I was prepping for inventory, so I had a LOT of late nights (i.e. not sleeping till 3am-5am) and still had to work with only 4 hours of sleep, etc, so although my exercise was seemingly low in intensity, believe me when I say that I brought as much as I could to the workout. I was disappointed in myself though that I missed my Tuesday workout, but I completely passed out after work, which I hadn't napped in literally months, so that was a surprise for me. Anyways, without further ado, my week 3.

Monday: August 18

Food:

Coffee milk 3 tsp sugar

Iced coffee (6 raw sugar and half and half)

Veggie sub with avocado spread: 425 calories/12gfat/58gcarb/21gprotein

Chicken noodle soup

Peach

Banana

Protein shake

Exercise:

3.11 miles

219 calories


Tuesday: August 19, 2008

Food:

Coffee 3 sugar

1 scoop protein shake

10 AM: Chick Fil A Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuit

(430 calories 24 g fat 35 g carb 16 g protein)

2 PM: Hash browns, iced tea

10 tortilla chips

sweet tea

large coffee with 6 sugar

broccoli, onion, beef rice

green tea with stevia

no exercise


Wednesday: August 20, 2008

Food:

Coffee with 3 sugar

Yogurt parfait

Chicken walnut sandwich

4 oz mac salad

chips

green tea with stevia

2 scoops whey protein

Exercise:

3 sets 10 reps

Treadmill:

3.5 miles

282 calories


Thursday: August 21, 2008

Coffee 3 sugar

2 scoop protein

1 double hamburger

1 banana

chips salsa (homemade)

1 chocolate chip cookie

peppermint tea

fruit and nut bar

no exercise (although I was at my inventory till 2am, and didn’t sleep till 5 am)


Friday: August 22, 2008

Food:

2 eggs

banana

Chick Fil A fries

8 chicken nuggets

sweet tea

2 slices Papa johns Pizza with green peppers and onions

Exercise:

2.5 miles

150 calories


Saturday: August 23, 2008

Food:

Coffee milk 3 sugar

1 square brownie

4 oz milk

2 cups lentil soup

DandyBlend with stevia

½ pound burger with onions and virgin coconut oil

wheat buns

Brussels sprouts

1 scoop whey protein

Exercise:

3 sets 10 reps

Treadmill:

Don’t remember!! I think it was around 3 miles, though


Sunday: August 24, 2008

Free day!

Food:

Coffee milk 3 sugars

8-inch veggie sub

2 bites Mark’s pizza

Wendy’s taco salad

1 bowl of cereal

2 eggs

Brussels sprouts

No exercise
