Liv's Week 2 and Week 3

Heres a combo or week 2 and 3
I did a bit of week 2 in my week 1
So here it is:

Second week Aug 9 to Aug 15:

I did accomplish my 40 mins walk, three times a week (adding 10 mins per week to my routine) on my second week. I did not do so well on eating. I keep having to restart every day!!!! Ughh!!!!

Third week Aug 16 to Aug 23:

We joined a gym!! Yey !! We also registered all of you guys under our visitor pass, so every time you visit us, we can use the gym as part of our routine/socializing. It's pretty cool. They even have a cafe. That's where I will be!!! This is Lance's doing. He wanted to join a masters swimming team. He wants to get back to being in a team after being away for a year.

Anyway, since it was a rainy week, didnt get to walk but I did do my initial workout for an hour with the trainer at the gym and then we went away on the 23rd and we did some major moving and hiking (went camping) for at least an 30 mins. I did not reach my 3x/week goal but did new things to shake things up.

Food: failed again. Ate too much every single day (more than a single serving per meal).

Overall: did not lose weight or gain any weight since the start of challenge. Just stayed the same. Feel much better but will be ramping it up this week due to gym membership.

L, do you experience headaches due to too much tomatoes? Just curios. I know someone who ate tomatoes every single meal for a week and ended up having a migraine. She looked it up and found that too much tomatoes can do that for you.
(She has a co-op with a local farm and they got tons of tomatoes!)
