Liv's Week 1

Hello 60 day peeps!

I must admit that I am bad about correspondence and even worse on updates. Anyway, here is the week 1 in review.

My plan is simple; lose weight by eating only when I am hungry. In addition, just to be fancy, I wanted to build cardio strength and endurance by starting a walking habit. (Restart for the 100th time the last decade.)

Aug 1 to Aug 8--lost 1 lb. I fell off two days in a row--Thursday and Friday and had to go back on it again. I ate a lot of food--more food than necessary during our Fri nite out. It was an excellent restaurant. (We'll take you all out there when you do visit us in the near future.)

Walking--accomplished 3x a week for 30 minutes. I dragged Lance with me so he can vouch for me and to keeps me on track. I would quit without a walking partner in the beginning.

Aug 9 to current--gained that 1 lb I lost and still fluctuating. Fell off Saturday due to L's party--ate more than necessary again but went back on the next day. As of today, I lost that pound I gained on Sunday. Increased my walking to additional 10 minutes. Two more sessions to go. Hopefully will lost another pound by Sat morning.

In the meantime, I got a bit fancy and did some arm workouts today. Will add some here and there but not the focus of my plan.
