Liv's Goals
My goal for the next 60 days:
Eat only when I'm hungry ( the number one rule from the program Weigh Down, a Christian diet program and nutritionist). The real hunger sign--the one when your stomach growls, not when your mind wants chocolate : )
When I do eat, cut the serving in half right away and put it away.
Eat slowly and savor what I eat.
Cardio (walking or fast walking) everyday for 30 minutes building or adding 10 minutes every week and then after a month, adding weights while walking.
I would like to lose 1 to 2 lbs per week. I need to lose 27 lbs to get back to my healthy, normal weight (per my Dr.). I was fluctuating between 125 and 127 lbs a few years ago when I first lost a lot of weight from my gallbladder saga. I went back to my original weight back when I was in high school. I was originally 120 then gained 5 lbs after I started working out, joined track, started running 2 miles a day, then did weight training.
My ultimate goal is to be able to start running every day again.
That's all folks!
