Richelle's Goals

60 Day Goal:

Weight: Lose 10 lbs (starting from tomorrow)

Elliptical: 3 miles in 35 minutes
Treadmill: 1.50 miles in 25 minutes
Total of Elliptical and Treadmill = 4.5 miles in 1 hour

Food to give up:
1. Rice (any rice, brown rice, white rice, japanese rice..NO RICE)
2. Cake (any type or kind...haha not giving up on ice-cream..sorry..it is still summer...)
3. Juice in a carton (Tropicana Juice, Hi-C, etc...but I can drink the juice from the fruits by blending it not the ones in carton)
4. Red Meat (Just chicken and fish)
5. Filipino snacks (any assortment of snacks from Philippines or Asian snacks)

This past week I timed myself, for the elliptical in 35 minutes, the farthest I went within that time is 2.50 miles...but that's with a lot of sweat and speeding up already. I know to some 3 miles isnt as much but it is for me. As for the treadmill, it is the same, the farthest I went within that time frame is 1.25 miles...but that's with a lot of sweat and speeding up.

That's my goal for the next 60 days along with the whole working out 4 times a week. I plan to go to the gym atleast 2 - 3x a week, if not, I plan to just walk around the neighborhood or after class.
